Sometimes unforeseen things happen and you need to change your plans. If you need to cancel your charter, change your dates, or change boats, you must notify us in writing. If your contract has not yet been issued, we will assist you anyway we can, subject to availability.

However, if your contract has been issued any change is considered a cancellation and is subject to our cancellation policy. If you are only changing dates and not changing boats, you can make any necessary changes for a $150 change fee, subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy - If you cancel 91 days or more prior to your charter, you will receive a refund less a cancellation fee of $300 PLUS 10% of any amount that we have charged to a credit card. If you cancel 90 days or closer to your charter, there are no refunds or re-bookings. Refunds are made in the same manner as the payment was received.
